Below, you will find the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

We understand the importance of your order arriving on time, and we're committed to ensuring a smooth shipping process. The total shipping time comprises two components: Processing time and Delivery time.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is considered complete upon order receipt.

The estimated delivery date for your products can be found in the Confirmation email, which will be dispatched within 24-48 hours following your receipt of the order confirmation email. Please note that this date serves as an estimate only, and we do not guarantee the delivery of products on that specific date.

Every order is assigned a tracking number before leaving our facility. This ensures that you can always monitor the location of your package from the moment it departs our premises to its arrival at your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Since each order is unique, shipping costs are contingent on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to obtain information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Here, by selecting the delivery option and entering your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.

Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 2-5 business days.

Please be aware that once items are shipped, we are not responsible for any loss incurred during transit. In the event of loss or damage to your items, you will need to initiate a formal investigation with the courier company to seek coverage for the loss/damages. If you opt not to ship your items with tracking or a signature requirement and they become lost, you will not be eligible for reimbursement for any loss or damages. Any costs associated with postage and lost items in the mail will not be covered by our company. For loss or damages, your primary point of contact will be the courier company.

Shipment Confirmation

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your tracking code.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our company is not accountable for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs and taxes).

CUSTOMS

Additional import customs charges may apply for shipments to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Réunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, and countries in North America and South America.

FEDEX will inform the customer of these charges, which will be the customer's responsibility to pay. For any inquiries regarding customs clearance, please contact info@fargaclub.com for more information or assistance with your shipment.

The recipient is responsible for covering the costs of customs clearance and any applicable taxes as per the customs regulations of the destination country. Therefore, import charges are not the responsibility of FargaClub; the customer must pay the customs duties.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be considered rejected and returned to our warehouse. The customer will be refunded for the purchased items minus the costs incurred from the rejection of the goods.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

If the products don't meet your expectations, you have the option to return or exchange them within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Ensure that you fulfill the following conditions for a successful return:

    • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
    • Return the item with its tags and packaging intact.
    • Send back the return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  2. Initiate a return/exchange by sending a message to info@fargaclub.com.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 7 working days from the moment the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the initial shipping cost, unless the order was defective or sent incorrectly by our team. In the case of items purchased on sale, the total refund will equal the purchase amount, with the deduction of the shipping cost, which varies based on geographical location.
